It is an attempt to reconsider the rationality behind folk arts production, combine individual case studies and locate these dialogues within contemporary art practice. The present catalogue includes artist statements, documentation of various projects, interview with Qiu Zhijie and artist biographies. Please note that some English texts are provided in the catalogue.
