Beautiful Cynicism is an exhibition with the works of 24 artists from China, Germany, India and Korea, countries that have undergone tremendous changes in the past 15 years. It is about the experiences and events of the turbulent 15 years since 1989. The artists in the exhibition present works that deal with clashes of society and the individual, artwork and the economy, national border and national identity, and capital and ideology.
