The artists offer two readings of the same landscape, with Robert Zhao tracing animal life persisting across Hampi's ruins, grasslands and mining zones, and Atul Bhalla engaging with stone and mineral surfaces, attentive to the red rocks and the waters of the Tungabhadra.
Curated by Yasufumi Nakamori, the show showcases the shared study of Hampi's ecology, presented as part of the ongoing collaboration between The Institutum and Hampi Art Labs.
