Artist Liang Yue was born in Shanghai and graduated from the Shanghai University College of Fine Arts. Liang Yue started video making and photography in 1998. She is an experienced artist who participated in many international exhibitions. She draws inspiration and materials from daily life experiences and records people and the local environment in a natural and direct way. A simple touch features her technique without too much technical embellishment.
"Numerous" displays her latest creations including photographs and videos. Her previous style of lyrical prose is still reserved. From the exhibition, we can see that the artist snaps daily experiences through unique observation and recording; enabling the audience to form a certain sensitive interaction and connection with her.
