Also known as copying and nihility, the artwork appears as an island, presenting a city in which we live in full details on parchment paper. Hung in air, they wave in wind as if daily life were dissolving into nothingness. Another facet of the artwork implies the traces of copying one finds everywhere in rapidly developed cities in China. A house is copied by another; a community by another; and a city by another.

City and Buses Series
Since 2009 Han feng photographed a lot of buses and buildings in China. It recorded a real city at different space and time. Contrast to their solid quality in real life, when relocated in a imaginary visual world, the buses and buildings are transformed into hollow and fragile paper boxes, suddenly all these familiar details of our everyday life creates a strong emptiness in our minds.
