"LIU YI (Emanation)" – overflow; pour out

Though, Plotinus, a philosopher of Ancient Rome, once explained the word like this. He thought that everything begins from the original principle of the One, Intellect and Soul. There is a kind of Emanation all through the process from the start to the end. The One is everything, not one of them. Everything has a source because they can go back to them. The One is full since it does not pursuit anything, owns nothing, and does not need anything, since it is full. The things emanate from it form the other objects. The first original principle is just the second emanation which shows Intellectual or the form of it. The second original principle is just the third emanation, Soul. It is formed as a still idea of Intellectual and activity. Intellectual itself is emanated from the still origin the One. The role of Soul is not still. Its shadow forms from its activity. It gets perfect through take care of its origin and forms a shadow from another downward activity.
