I’m very impressed by crows in India. They can be seen everywhere. They are not afraid of people or passing cars. The magic croaking of the crows runs through the whole city. There is a similarity between them and the people lying on the streets anywhere, with a survival attitude of acting as if nobody was nearby. In Hindi, yesterday and tomorrow are the same words. Time does not move forward. While all the riverside people understand the time with the river, they burn the body here, turning to ashes, returning to the eternal life. After drinking they broke the clay cups to pieces which fell to ground into the dust.
