Pig, dog, mouse, bear and donkey, whose images are not positive in traditional sculpture, stand on the aluminum bases that resemble sewer pipes. The animals are deprived of five senses except hearing; with the trumpet-shaped masks, they secretly transmit messages in Morse code: no memory, no smell, no consciousness, no sights and no words. These five sculptures—eroded and faded—can be considered arrogant and decadent contradictions, protesting in a silent way while facing the square.
