First shown in Thailand in 2022, ’A Memory of Solitude’ belongs to the project of ‘A Minor History Part Two’. It shows a corner of the hotel room in which Apichatpong stayed at the end of the Mekong river journey. The only window in the room is mirrored and divided into three sections. "That split moment represents melancholy and timelessness to me, and I had to capture it."
