Zhang Donghui set off from his ancestral tombs in Nanzuo Town, Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang City. On his way to his new home in Beijing, he visited and photographed tombs in fields, villages, and urban areas along the route. He took "ID photos" of each tombstone, printed them as cards according to ID card size, and organized them into sets based on the cities they belonged to.
