The shape of mountain comes from famous Chinese landscape painting Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains. Shen Fan's punctuation series concentrate on languages and texts. He chose newspapers that contains large coverage of texts because they are ideal for the structure of his painting. The covering of the words take 4 to 5 times with B&W marker pens.
