Zheng Wenxin develops her work from a microcosmic angle: From surrounding people, things and objects to discuss how the recognition of time and space is being changed in a cyber age; how the emotional communication between people and persons is being supressed. The scenes in the images look somehow familiar, but momentarily become extremely unfamiliar. Moreover, some parts of the people, things and objects are getting more and more conspicuous in superimposed process, while some are vanishing. When facing these images, we are not only outsiders but also insiders.
