The woman on the door is not only the collective symbol of all the desires which are held back, but also the autocratic symbol of greed. It also can be the symbol of the materialistic consumerism or anything that can make you feel content, even your kindergartener. What’s on the door is spade K , under which is  the people who are of little  importance just like you and me.
