Luocha, one of the countries in the Magic of Atlas, is similar to the combination of MANCHURIA and the later style of NAZI. It is a closed country without history and the concept of the world. There is no map and people never talk about the past. Luocha is located in the north, extremely cold all the year-round, and flying is forbidden.
