Geng Jianyi has walked around Hangzhou with a photo of his friend seeking for fortunetellers. There were many people who earned a living by fortune-telling and, however, in this case, the results given by the fortunetellers disagreed with each other. This work consisted of 3 collections of photos and some documents. The first group contains 5 photos (the copies of the originals) includes an identification photo of the artist’s friend and the 4 photos of the fortunetellers who sitting on the curb doing their business. The second features various tools such as copper-coins, cards, and etc. The third group reveals the conclusions given by the fortunetellers that analyze the face with texts and graphics. All the signs and evidences point at THIS PERSON.
