The porcelain horse conveys the integrated figure of the horses in Han Dynasty and the ones in Greek civilization: Greek horses are handsome and lean, whilst Chinese horses are strong and vigorous. The artist sees horse as an animal that represents power, while the silk stands for the softness.Wearing fine silk, the horse appears silently but powerfully. The porcelain horse marks a crossover between time, space and culture, as well as a crossover of art.
