During the home isolation due to COCID-19, it dawned on me that my feeling about my home, the most familiar place, had changed. Those familiar corners and objects, which used to be unnoticed by me, took on a different look, as I had more time to share at them and thus had established an unprecedented relationship with these silent existences. Watching the familiar spaces and objects slowly and calmly, I found that they were changing all the time, conveying different messages. Sunlight snuck in and slipped away, and I was left wandering into unexpectedly colorful imaginations.
I chose the means of photography to present this subject, because it can best capture the images of objects. In more than half a year, my communication with things produced nearly 200 works, which are interpretations of the beautiful and colorful daily life.
