Restructing Plan is the result of Li Shan's work between 1996 and 2006, in which he uses image reconstructions to show that the variety of life's characteristics can produce different looks through the alteration, substitution or mixing of genetic information. God created man in His image, and Li Shan extends this spirit to all species. For example, he use his own mRNA genetic codes in the living body of a frog, a mantis, or a bee by way of permutation/ collage, to virtually create various new species composited with human lips, skin, or organs and tissues, etc.
